'Big Blue' finally landed

These were the days leading up to and the day that the Vogt P-24 ice machine was delivered. It was a nail-biting experience. Kent's cousin, Greg, used his tractor to move around some dirt. Thank you for the hand Greg. This machine produces 20 tons of ice a day for our company. Great day to get behind ya.

I don't know anything at all about the manufacturing of ice but I sure notice the Trainham Ice signs as we travel around the country. On occasion, I've been lucky enough to get to say "Hey! I know those people...they're our neighbors! (almost)

Love your blog! Maybe I can learn more about 'ice making'!

p.s. Why am I not surprised at Kent's favorite movie being..."Lonesome Dove"?
